Individual Therapy

Experiencing emotional pain is universally human. Sometimes we can begin to feel lost, lonely, uncomfortable or desperate in our lives. We may become stuck and lose hope. Other people hurt us, we hurt ourselves, and we can get bogged down by limiting beliefs about who we are and who we are not. It’s easy to forget that we can change, and that we already possess many internal resources developed by overcoming adversity in our lives thus far.

Most people benefit from therapy. It can be transformative to be witnessed and encouraged during a process of self-exploration, healing and growth.

I can help you to get to know yourself anew, in a holistic and authentic way. You may want to process painful experiences you have had in the past, dismantle troubling patterns that have emerged in relationships, modify behaviors that impede your happiness, explore new possibilities or reconnect with yourself.

The most significant factor predicting successful outcomes in therapy is the quality of the bond that develops between therapist and client. I would love to speak with you to see if we may be a good fit to work together to address your struggles and pursue your goals. Please reach out if you would like to talk with me or if you have any questions.
