Relationship Therapy

Relationships are one of the main sources of meaning and satisfaction for many of us, but they can also be brutal. Most relationships benefit from therapy.

Sometimes we hurt one another. Infidelity, lying, criticism, avoidance, defensiveness, blame… there are many faces of relationship stress. I can help you and your partner(s) to discover what lies beneath cycles of conflict and create new, more effective and fulfilling, patterns in your relationship. I can help you to speak about what you love, what you fear, what you need and what you want from one another.

Sometimes it is hard to find the words to communicate what we experience internally. For example, we may feel lonely or vulnerable, but come off to our partner(s) as angry or distant. Relationship therapy can help you to learn about yourself. It may also help you to promote greater congruence between what you feel, what you say and what you do.

Whether you are looking to reignite passion, process old wounds, open or close your relationship, determine whether or not you want to be together, change how you interact, celebrate your resilience or explore new possibilities, I would be honored to help.

I look forward to learning more about your relationship. Reach out if you are interested in speaking with me to see if we are a good fit for therapy or with any questions.
